This man was with Rohee drinking the day before he was shot at the Sleep-in Hotel on Brickdam. Anil Nandalall came in a few hours after to meet his friend Clifton Bacchus, who owns the hotel but Nandall just shake hands with Rohee. Rohee is the head of the drug empire in Guyana, but Guyanese and their politicians are a stupid set of asses and cannot see anything beyond their nose.
