The police recently arrested wanted man "Cobra" then released him after taking his passport (in his name Tyrone Rowe) and then asked him to report to the station the following day to uplift it. Can the Top Cop, Henry Greene explain to the public what exactly transpired? And can the police explain why was Cobra arrested and then released from another station a few month ago? Are they setting this young man up? |
