Sunday, 01 August 2010

De man was sick but dem boys didn’t know that he was so sick that 12 doctors had to look after he. He strong now, but he still sniffling. Dem boys seh that de visiting doctors didn’t want to give he too much medication to mek he drowsy. He got to keep he eyes open all round because some of de people he got wukking fuh he behaving strange. Dem boys seh that is de pressure of having to do some wuk when de day come. Dem accustom to passing orders but Bharrat telling dem that dem got to also supervise. Leslie fail to supervise de health system and people get flu. Is deh de problem start. And today dem some people like publicity suh dem gun go to all dem Emancipation celebration. A set of dem gun dress up in African wear and some of dem gun wear three-quarter pants because that is de fashion. Bharrat got a nice African print pants wid matching shirt and Sam got he dashiki. Clement gun wear three-quarter pants because he is a roots man and goat ain’t bite he.

Mission Statement

The Mark Benschop Foundation was officially launched in March 2008 by its founder and chairman Mark Benschop and other concerned Guyanese and well wishers in the United States of America. What started as a small operation geared toward helping those in need has grown so large that they were forced to move their offices to a whole building in East Street where the vast amount of people responding to their generosity  could be accommodated.
