Poor people smiling. Bharrat announce that he gun put 90,000 computers in poor people house. Well dem boys want to know when this gun happen suh dem ask. De answer come back. Bharrat seh he gun put these computers in three years. But dem boys believe that he mouth slip. He mean 300 years.
Dem judging he from the time he announce in Trinidad that he gun introduce Freedom of Information legislation in three months. That ain’t happen yet and nuff years pass. He talk how he gun pay de Clico money in a few months. That ain’t happen yet and is nearly three years done. He seh that he gun give back de Globe Trust money to all dem poor people. Donkey years pass and some of dem people actually looking like donkey without de money.
Bharrat talk how he gun start de hydro road. That ain’t happen yet and de contractor, Fip, missing wid de advance money. Months pass and it heading to years. He talk how he gun knock off Kwame nuff time and de plant pass pun that. He announce bout ten years ago that he gun stamp out corruption.
Well according to dem boys, he gun dead and that wouldn’t happen. Fuh sure, not by he. When he seh that he get flu, dem boys want know if he lying or he ain’t know wha he gat. Is de same thing wid de country. Is he lying to all dem people?

Mission Statement

The Mark Benschop Foundation was officially launched in March 2008 by its founder and chairman Mark Benschop and other concerned Guyanese and well wishers in the United States of America. What started as a small operation geared toward helping those in need has grown so large that they were forced to move their offices to a whole building in East Street where the vast amount of people responding to their generosity could be accommodated.
